Business as usual scheduled from the first week of May

It'd be fair to say that the past few months have certainly tested us all, both on a personal level and from a business perspective too.
While the global pandemic COVID-19 isn't over yet, it's been important to provide our clients with continued support during this time (albeit targeted and limited), as well as confidence that we're here to assist as we navigate towards better times together.
The timeline below has now been created to assist clients to manage their expectations surrounding current or scheduled website maintenance and project work:
- 28 Apr 2020 - We're now ready to take on any new clients
- 04 May 2020 - We're resuming current or scheduled website maintenance or project work, and contacting clients to manage new work timelines
- 04 May 2020 - We'll try our best to work within usual time frames, but there may be delays
Over the past month, we've provided more than $1,000 of free support to those clients who have been severely affected by the virus, mostly from the hospitality industry.
We've also adjusted our billing terms for any clients who have been adversely affected, and encouraged clients to communicate with us if they're experiencing any hardship.
We're in this together, and look forward to working with you again as things hopefully continue to improve for each of us, our family and friends, and our businesses.
